Slewing Bearings

The use of the slewing bearing is widespread. The main structure include triple-row cylindrical roller slewing bearing,

double-row ball slewing bearing, cross cylindrical roller slewing bearing, four-point contact ball bearing, etc. As the

equipment manufacturing industry develops, more and more enterprises are using non-standard-structure slewing

bearings in special application. 80% of our slewing bearings are based on non-standard design.



Crossed cylindrical

Features:Main structural characteristics: 1:1 cross arrangement of cylindrical rollers.The bearing with this

structure features high stability, high precision, and high impact resistance. For example, the cannon’s ro-

tary base uses this kind of bearing.



Four-point contact
ball slewing bearings

Features:The four-point contact ball bearing is separable bearing, typically available in two structures as

follows: QJ 0000 – two half inner rings and one complete outer ring; QJF 0000 – two half outer rings and

one complete inner ring.



Double row angular

Features:Main structural characteristics: two rows of steel balls of different diameters areplaced to bear

the axial force and upsetting moment. The most prominent feature is flexible rotation, but its bearing

capacity is lower than that of the triple-row cylindrical roller



Three row cylindrical

Features:Main structure characteristics: two rows of cylindrical rollers are laid horizontally around the

circumference mainly to bear high axial load and upsetting moment; and one row of cylindrical rollers

are laid vertically mainly for the upsetting moment-induced radial
