Features:Main structure characteristics: two rows of cylindrical rollers are laid horizontally

around the circumference mainly to bear high axial load and upsetting moment; and one row of

cylindrical rollers are laid vertically mainly for the upsetting moment-induced radial component
force and rotation alignment. The bearing’s loading capacity is very high. It is widely used
for heavy-duty machines such as large hoisting equipment, tunnel boring machine, and direct-drive
wind generator main shaft. Application case: the triple-row roller slewing bearing 939729901
developed by CHG, OD is 4.4m and weight is 11ton, is used in a large on-board crane.

Features:Main structural characteristics: two rows of steel balls of different diameters are placed to bear the axial force and upsetting

moment. The most prominent feature is flexible rotation, but its bearing capacity is lower than that of the triple-row cylindrical roller

slowing bearing. It is mainly used in machines with low load and high use frequency, such as wharf tower crane.

Features:The four-point contact ball bearing is separable bearing, typically available in two structuresThe four-point contact ball bearing is

separable bearing, typically available in two structures as follows: QJ 0000 – two half inner rings and one complete outer ring; QJF 0000 –

two half outer rings and one complete inner ring. The contact angle is usually 35°. If there is only a radial load, each steel ball contacts the

raceway at four points. If there is only a unidirectional axial load, each steel ball contacts the raceway at two points. It can bear axial loads

in two directions as well as a certain eccentric load, i.e. torque. Such kind of bearing has features and properties of both single-row and double-

row angular contact ball bearings. If it is used in a high-speed scenario, two-point contact must be ensured for its normal working.

reach 4500mm, and we can produce high precision,low noise, high speed, long life, negative clearance
and other slewing bearing. Slewing bearings are widely used in steel industry, tower crane, wind
farms, hydraulic excavator, truck mounted pumps, truck crane, All-terrain crane, crawler crane,
rotary drilling rig, tower crane, grader, tunnel boring machine, wind Turbines and military

Double-row ball slewing bearings have three seat-rings. The steel balls and the spacers can be directly arranged into the upper and lower raceways. Two rows of steel balls with different diameters are fitted according to the force condition. Such open mode fitting features are extraordinary convenient. The load angles of both upper and lower race way are 90°, which enable the bearing to convey large axial and the tilting moment.
